Hi, I’m Nabeel, I’ve been with Bespoke Clinical Services for just under 2 years now. My role started as a PCN Pharmacist where I quickly became involved with the training and development of Pharmacists & Technicians, implementation of a weekly pharmacist-led huddle and monthly peer-led training. As my role progressed, I was promoted to a Cluster lead role which involved management of Pharmacists across multiple PCNs to ensure project development & delivery in line with the DES & IIF. My enthusiasm & commitment to thrive has led me to my new role as PCN manager where I will be working closely with Zac (Head of Clinical Services), liaising with Primary Care Networks to ensure PCN-specific agendas/initiatives are being met & to serve as a point of contact for BCS Pharmacists in providing ongoing support, training, and development.
